Thor: Kid Loki copslay 2013

(Yes, I know I used the wrong hand to do the "loser" sign. I'm not getting everything set up again to fix it. XD Maybe I'll get a good pic to replace it with at Dragon Con. Meanwhile, that's just how much of a loser I am! )

Last year's costume was a bit trashed, so I made a new tunic & hood (green & white crushed panne, gold PVC spandex, and a black button). The boots are actually socks I made out of black panne and the PVC, with black corduroy-instead-of-canvas shoes, the tip and sides of which I painted with model paint. The emblem is painted onto a giant button with more gold model paint; I printed out a rendition of the "v" I'd made and glued that on. The circlet was a little tricky -- it's a headband, with the "v" & the sidepieces cut out of plastic plates, and all of it covered in the gold PVC. The cowl is plain black spandex. I didn't make the black undershirt or stretch-pants or the gloves, although I did add the gold to the gloves. The green sleeves are cut from tights.
